Key Responsibilities
- Teaching and Curriculum Development: Deliver classroom lectures, laboratory training, and clinical seminars. Develop and revise course materials, curricula, and teaching methods to meet educational standards as prescribed by WBNC & WBUHS.
- Clinical Supervision and Mentoring: Guide students in clinical settings, ensuring the integration of theoretical knowledge with practice. Provide academic advising and mentoring to students.
- Administration and Service: Participate in departmental committees, faculty meetings, and accreditation processes. Work with healthcare partners to advance student learning and research.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: An Masters in Nursing.
- Licensure: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with specialty with MHN, CHN, PAEDIATRIC, OBG
- Experience: Previous clinical experience as a staff nurse(mandatory), 0-1 year of teaching as a Tutor.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to teach, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, and proficiency in, or ability to learn, online learning systems.
Must have credentials:
- Should be Registered with West Bengal Nursing Council or have a reciprocal with the same.
- Should have a valid NUID card.
Note: Ph.D. holders are not eligible for this position.
