We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth within the service sector. As the primary point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing professional partnerships, and delivering results in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively identify, qualify, and convert new B2B leads within the service industry through proactive outreach and strategic sales calls.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients by providing exceptional value and effective, professional communication.
- Revenue Growth: Take full ownership of your sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial discovery meetings and tailored proposals to follow-ups and precise account record-keeping.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal service delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met, fostering seamless onboarding and ongoing success.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate sales documentation and provide regular reporting to track progress against organizational objectives.
Candidate Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in B2B sales, specifically within the service sector.
- Communication:Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for building lasting partnerships.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and comfort with CRM tools.
- Professionalism: Ability to work independently with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
