Project Manager is mainly responsible for ensuring that a construction project is completed on time and within budget. He will be responsible for looking after the teams on a construction site. He monitors costs and budget and orders materials for the project.
JD – Project Manager
- Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
- Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Buying materials for each phase of the project
- Monitoring build costs and project progress
- Conducting quality and safety inspections
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Maintaining quality control checks
- Motivating the workforce
- Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that is getting completed as per our plan.

- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up
- Assessing and minimising risk
- Helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licences.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- To handle one or more sites as directed by the management with respect to all responsibilities as mentioned above.
- To do any other work related to planning & execution of any project of the company either in office or on site as directed by higher authorities.
- Allocation of work amongst site team and ensuring that they get the work completed in stipulated time and with required quality standar
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
