We're looking for a passionate Professional Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality visual stories for YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Job Title : Professional Video Editor (Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects)
Key Responsibilities
- Edit long-form YouTube videos with professional pacing and storytelling.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos.
- Produce cinematic videos with smooth transitions, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
- Cut and organize raw footage into compelling content.
- Add subtitles, captions, graphics, animations, B-roll, and visual effects.
- Sync audio, background music, and voiceovers professionally.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to bring ideas to life.
- Deliver videos within deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Experience in cinematic editing and storytelling.
- Excellent understanding of pacing, rhythm, and audience retention.
- Experience with color correction and color grading.
- Knowledge of audio mixing and sound enhancement.
- Experience editing YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, promotional videos, and short-form content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Added Advantage
Candidates with the following skills will be preferred:
- Experience using AI-powered video editing tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Descript, CapCut AI, HeyGen AI, ElevenLabs, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI-based subtitle generation, object removal, background enhancement, and workflow automation.
- Interest in spirituality, meditation, yoga, or self-development.
- Basic knowledge of YouTube content strategy and audience retention.
- Experience creating viral short-form content.
- Motion graphics and animation skills or Graphic Design

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
