Job Description:
What you will do:
- Manage and oversee the entire Sales Closing process for the assigned site.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the Sales Closing Team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners (Cps), and brokers.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers and ensure smooth transaction closures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional and lead conversion strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team performance; provide regular updates and reports to management.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels through prompt responses and professional conduct.
- Maintain a good network and local connections within the real estate ecosystem.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and real estate developments in the Thane and MMR region.
Requirement :
- Graduate in any stream
- Young, dynamic, and self-motivated professional with strong leadership qualities.
- Smart, presentable, and soft-spoken with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in Real Estate Closing and team handling.
- Strong local market knowledge and network in surrounding areas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
