Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our Thane office. The ideal candidate should be fluent in either Hindi or English, have a flair for sales, and be passionate about helping learners discover the right courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media
- Present and promote Artfills online courses to potential learners
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide feedback to management to improve offerings and customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi or English
- Prior experience in sales or business development preferred
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
