Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused D2C Sales Executive to join our growing Home Industry team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers through online channels, generating sales, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other online platforms.
- Explain product features, benefits, and service offerings effectively.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective customers and nurture leads to drive conversions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Online Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
