Job Summary
Achyutam Technology is looking for a passionate Meta Ads Executive to manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance tracking. Freshers with practical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Set up campaign objectives, budgets, audiences, and ad creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
- Track KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, and ROAS.
- Generate campaign reports and provide performance insights.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad assets.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features and best practices.
Requirements
- 0–1+ years of experience in Meta Ads or Performance Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion Tracking.
- Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and Lookalike Audiences.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Digital Marketing certification is a plus.
