Field Sales Executive – FMCG
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in FMCG sales.
- Education: No bar (candidates from any educational background may apply).
- Must be comfortable with field sales and market visits.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidate with a valid driving license will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retailers, distributors, and customers in the assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase product sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Experience in FMCG sales is mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
