Key Responsibilities1. Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate bookkeeping
- Consolidate branch accounts with head office accounts
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability
2. Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and accounting standards
- Handle GST/VAT, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
3. Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Assist in preparing annual budgets
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance
- Provide variance analysis reports to management
4. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Oversee vendor payments and customer receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Manage cash flow and working capital
5. Internal Controls & Process Improvement
- Implement financial controls and policies
- Identify and correct discrepancies
- Improve accounting processes for efficiency
6. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with branch accountants
- Prepare management reports and MIS
- Support CFO/Finance Head in strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com)
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Attention to detail and analytical ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
