Job Summary
We are looking for 2 Senior QA Engineers with strong experience in the Pharma domain to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of complex enterprise applications involving data processing, forecasting, integrations, and workflow-driven systems.
Pharma domain experience is mandatory for this position. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in functional testing, database testing, ETL testing, data validation, integration testing, and business workflow validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing of application modules and business workflows.
- Execute Smoke, SIT, Regression, Functional, Integration, and Exploratory Testing.
- Validate business processes across multiple interconnected modules.
- Perform database testing and data reconciliation across systems.
- Validate data accuracy, business rules, calculations, and hierarchical data structures.
- Test integration flows and ensure data consistency between systems.
- Perform SQL-based data validation and verification.
- Validate ETL/data pipelines and data transformation processes.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Support UAT activities and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Create and maintain test cases, test reports, traceability matrices, and other QA documentation.
- Validate UI/UX functionality and overall user experience.
- Ensure complete traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of QA/Software Testing experience.
- Mandatory Pharma domain experience.
- Strong knowledge of STLC and QA processes.
- Hands-on experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, SIT, and UAT testing.
- Strong experience in Database Testing, ETL Testing, SQL, and Data Validation.
- Experience testing data-heavy enterprise applications.
- Good understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of GxP requirements.
- Knowledge of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), GCP (Good Clinical Practice), or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
- Understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements related to electronic records and electronic signatures.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise/data-driven applications.
- Exposure to forecasting, planning, or analytics systems.
- Experience with test management/defect tracking tools such as Jira or qTest.
- Basic knowledge of test automation.
