Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. If you have basic knowledge of online marketplaces and website management, this is a great opportunity to build your career in e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and our company website.
- Ensure all product catalogs have accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Process daily orders, track shipments, and manage customer returns.
- Monitor daily stock availability and update inventory levels across all portals.
- Maintain account health and resolve any basic platform-related issues.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce seller portals (Flipkart Seller Hub, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).
- Understanding of website listing and catalog management.
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly in MS Excel.
- Good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
- Must be located in or comfortable commuting to VKI, Jaipur.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
