Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Academic Counselor with a background in Data Science & AI certification sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling leads, understanding learner career goals, and converting prospects into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students via phone, video calls, email, and chat regarding Data Science and AI programs.
- Understand learner career aspirations and recommend suitable certification tracks
- Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, chats, and virtual platforms
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

The position will begin with a 3-month internship. Upon successful completion of the internship and satisfactory performance, candidates will be offered a permanent full-time role along with a salary increment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
