Job Overview
We are looking for a enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our growing team at FlexiGo E-Mobility Pvt. Ltd. in Baner. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our electric mobility solutions/services, handling inquiries, and booking appointments or sales leads for our core team.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Initiate cold/warm calls to prospective clients and manage incoming customer inquiries.
- Lead Generation: Pitch FlexiGo’s e-mobility products and services to potential customers to convert leads into bookings or test drives.
- Database Management: Maintain and update daily call records, customer feedback, and lead status in the CRM system/tracking sheet.
- Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with interested clients to drive engagement and sales conversions.
- Customer Support: Answer customer questions clearly, address grievances professionally, and provide accurate product information.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team to handover qualified leads for closing.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: 12th Pass or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or Inside Sales Representative (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi (English proficiency is a strong plus).
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, or Google Sheets).
- Good persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
- Customer-centric attitude with patience and resilience.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Working Hours: Standard day shifts (e.g., 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
