We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, market research, and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
- Develop and implement effective sales and business growth strategies.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business contracts.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Experience in outsourcing/BPO industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
