Work Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Manager to oversee daily production operations, ensure efficient manufacturing processes, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production activities while leading the production team to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets.
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor production processes and optimize efficiency while minimizing downtime and waste.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, GMP, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and team performance.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, machinery, and other production resources.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 1+ years of experience in production or manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
