Job Summary
Velocity is looking for energetic, guest-focused Bar Waiters and Waitresses to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced nightlife environment. The ideal candidate will ensure guests enjoy a memorable experience through prompt service, product knowledge, and professional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and accurately process food and beverage orders.
Serve beverages and food promptly while maintaining service standards.
Promote signature drinks, offers, and special events.
Upsell menu items and premium beverages to maximize sales.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, lounge areas, and service stations.
Coordinate effectively with bartenders and kitchen staff.
Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
Follow responsible beverage service, hygiene, and safety standards.
Assist with opening, closing, and outlet setup procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience in a bar, pub, lounge, club, or restaurant preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude, grooming standards, and team spirit.
Basic knowledge of beverages and service procedures.
