Job Title: Agency Sales Executive / Specialist
Location: Mohali (on Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for an ambitious and articulate Agency Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our agency partnerships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in outbound sales, excellent spoken and written English, and the ability to confidently pitch our solutions to key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Lead Generation: Proactively conduct cold outreach (calls) to prospective agencies and business clients to generate new sales pipelines.
- Pitching & Presentation: Confidently articulate the value proposition of our products/services to agency stakeholders, media planners, and marketing leads.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate terms, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate in any discipline) from an accredited institution.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in outbound sales, outbound calls, or B2B sales.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English only (both verbal and written) with zero grammatical errors and a highly professional tone.
- Sales Aptitude: Confident, persuasive, and highly target-driven with a proven ability to handle objections and close sales.
