SEFORGE Limited is looking for an experienced Workplace Health & Safety Manager to lead our EHS function and drive a strong culture of safety across our foundry operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, implement best-in-class safety practices, and continuously improve workplace health and safety performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) function.
- Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and statutory safety requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
- Drive employee safety awareness through training and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor safety KPIs and recommend continuous improvements.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities.
- Foster a proactive safety culture across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience: 10–15 years in Workplace Health & Safety within a Foundry or Steel Plant.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Any Discipline).
- Mandatory: DISH Approved with M.E. Industrial Safety.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, ISO 45001, risk assessment, and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in managing safety in high-risk manufacturing environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
