We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Marketing Executive to join our team in Aloor. You will be the face of our institution, responsible for driving student enrollments, managing our brand presence in the Thrissur district, and building strong relationships with parents, schools, and the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Enrollment: Execute field marketing activities and door-to-door campaigns to identify and convert prospective students.
- Brand Awareness: Organize and manage educational seminars, workshops, and canopy activities in and around Aloor and neighboring towns.
- Digital Presence: Assist in managing social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) to engage with the local audience.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a network with local schools, tuition centers, and community influencers.
- Counseling: Provide detailed information to walk-in inquiries and over-the-phone leads regarding courses, fees, and facilities.
- Market Research: Keep track of competitor activities and local educational trends in the Kerala market.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in marketing (experience in the Education Sector is a major plus). Freshers can also apply.
- Language: Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and public speaking skills.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and a vehicle for local travel within Thrissur.
- Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media tools.
