Job Summary
The Admission Executive is responsible for handling student inquiries, guiding prospective students through the admission process, and ensuring enrollment targets are met while maintaining a positive experience for students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Maintain accurate student records and admission data
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
- Assist in organizing admission events, seminars, and campus visits
- Ensure compliance with institutional admission policies
- Prepare daily/weekly admission reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not always mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and counseling abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Professional and student-friendly attitude
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in admissions, education counseling, sales, or customer service
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
