Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Deployment Support
- • Support deployments across UAT, DR, and Production environments
- • Assist application deployment and release activities
- • Monitor server health and environment readiness
- • Support deployment validation and operational activities
- • Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Database, and Application teams Application & Production Support
- • Support enterprise Banking applications built on: Frontend Technology
- • React.js
Backend Database
- • Oracle Database Server
- • Validate deployment readiness
- • Support API integration validation
- • Assist production rollout activities
- • Support CBS, DMS, VPN, SFTP, and gateway integrations
Monitoring & Operations Monitor and support:
- • CPU utilization
- • Memory usage
- • Disk performance
- • Network health
- • Server logs
- • Incident tracking
- • ITSM workflows
Security & Compliance
- • Follow BFSI security standards
- • Support OS patch validation
- • Assist compliance validation activities
- • Support audit and vulnerability remediation tracking
Documentation & Coordination
- • Maintain deployment documentation
- • Update SOPs and health reports
- • Collaborate with technical and client teams
