Senior Accountant – F&B Operations (Multi-Outlet / Cloud Kitchen Specialist)
Location: Dubai (Hiring from India; relocation required)
Role Summary
Responsible for end-to-end accounting and financial control across multiple restaurant branches. The role requires strong operational accounting capability, deep understanding of multi-branch cost structures, and proficiency in modern accounting systems, automation tools, and AI-enabled financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete accounting cycle for multiple restaurant outlets
- Maintain accurate books of accounts across revenue streams: dine-in, delivery aggregators, own delivery, and third-party platforms
- Monitor daily sales reconciliation from POS systems and online aggregators
- Control and audit inventory valuation, wastage, and stock movement across branches and central kitchen
- Prepare branch-wise Profit & Loss statements, cost analysis, and variance reports
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and payment cycles
- Ensure accurate recording of food cost, labor cost, and overhead allocation
- Handle monthly closing, MIS reporting, and financial dashboards for management
- Coordinate with operations teams to improve cost efficiency and financial discipline
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT filing, and audit readiness
- Implement automation and AI-driven accounting workflows where applicable
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5–8 years accounting experience in F&B industry
- Mandatory experience handling multiple outlets or restaurant chains
- Strong exposure to cloud kitchens, delivery-heavy models, or aggregator-based operations
- Experience working with high-volume transaction environments
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP systems such as:
- Tally Prime
- Zoho Books
- QuickBooks
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets expertise (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting automation)
- Familiarity with AI-based finance tools, automation workflows, and reporting systems preferred
Preferred Background
- Experience in centralized kitchens and multi-brand restaurant groups
- Exposure to franchise or high-scale operational setups
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
