Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,500 per month
Qualification: Any Graduation
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operation Executive to join our night operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth courier operations, monitoring shipments, coordinating with branches, maintaining operational records, and ensuring timely movement of consignments during the night shift.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily night shift operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor parcel movement and shipment status across branches.
- Coordinate with hub, branch, and delivery teams regarding operational updates.
- Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of consignments.
- Maintain operational records, registers, and daily reports accurately.
- Track pending shipments and follow up for timely resolution.
- Handle customer and branch operational queries professionally.
- Verify shipment details and ensure proper documentation.
- Escalate operational issues and delays to the reporting manager.
- Monitor vehicle arrival and departure schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and complete shift handover documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform other operational duties assigned by the management.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Time management and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Prior experience in logistics, courier, warehouse, or operations is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work permanently in the night shift.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
