A store manager is a retail professional responsible for the day-to-day operations of a physical store.
1. Sales & Financial Management
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to hit or exceed revenue targets.
- Manage store budgets, and track profit margins.
2. Store Operations & Inventory
- Create staff schedules to balance labor costs with adequate floor coverage.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing coaching, and handle disciplinary actions.
3. Team Leadership & Staffing
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for replenishment, and conduct regular stock audits.
- Implement loss prevention and security measures to prevent theft and shrinkage
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
