About the Role
Mohjay Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive – Operations & Recruiter Coordination to manage day-to-day operations at the MI Skills Centre and serve as the key point of coordination between candidates, trainers, and the recruitment team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of training, placement, and operational activities while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and administrative activities of the MI Skills Centre.
- Coordinate with recruiters to schedule interviews, assessments, and placement drives.
- Track candidate attendance, progress, documentation, and program completion status.
- Handle candidate onboarding and provide continuous support throughout the training and placement process.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, databases, and operational documentation.
- Prepare and share operational reports and placement tracking reports.
- Ensure effective communication between candidates, trainers, recruiters, and management.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and candidate experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Coordination, Recruitment, Student Relations, Operations, or related roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and documentation management.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
