Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to generate business through Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and other sourcing networks for our exclusive residential projects. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record in real estate sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Generate quality site visits and bookings through the CP network.
- Identify and onboard new Channel Partners to expand the sourcing network.
- Conduct CP meetings, project presentations, and networking activities.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with Channel Partners and prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales team for client site visits and booking closures.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily activity reports.
- Achieve monthly sourcing, site visit, and booking targets.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing/Channel Sales.
- Strong network of Channel Partners and brokers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in a Real Estate Mandate Firm, Developer, or IPC is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel.
- Target-driven and willing to travel for business meetings.
