Area-wise Experience Requirements
1. Andrology
- Semen analysis & reporting: minimum 6–12 months
- Semen washing (IUI/IVF/ICSI): 1–2 years
- Density gradient & swim-up techniques: 1 year
- Sperm freezing & thawing: 6–12 months
2. OPU & IVF Lab Support
- OPU assistance, oocyte identification & handling: 1 year
- Media preparation, dish preparation, incubator handling: 1–2 years
3. ICSI & Fertilization Support
- ICSI assistance (oocyte denudation, dish prep, post-ICSI checks): 1 year
- Independent ICSI handling (preferred but not mandatory): 3-5 years
4. Embryo Culture & Monitoring
- Day 1–Day 5/6 embryo culture & grading: 2–3 years
- Exposure to time-lapse systems (where applicable): desirable
5. Cryopreservation
- Vitrification of embryos (Day 3 / Blastocyst): 1–2 years
- Warming / thawing procedures: 1 year
- Cryocan handling, inventory & traceability: 1 year
6. Quality, Equipment & Compliance
- Equipment validation (incubators, laminar flow, cryo tanks): 1 year
- Daily lab QC, alarms, gas monitoring, documentation: 1–2 years
- Internal audits, KPI tracking, ART Act documentation: 1 year
7. Training & Patient Interaction (Added Advantage)
- Junior staff training / SOP adherence monitoring: 6–12 months
- Participation in patient education or counselling sessions: desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
