Job Summary
MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School, Pandharpur Residential Campus is looking for a passionate and dedicated TGT Science Teacher who can create an engaging and interactive learning environment for students as per CBSE curriculum standards. The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire students towards scientific learning and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Science subject to middle school students as per CBSE guidelines.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical and activity-based learning sessions.
- Encourage scientific thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a positive classroom environment.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, parent interactions, and academic events.
- Maintain student records and timely submission of reports.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Science (Physics / Chemistry / Biology or relevant specialization).
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/ICSE schools preferred.
- Residential school experience will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and experiments.
- Basic computer and smart classroom handling skills.
