Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute lead generation campaigns.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on pipeline status, sales performance, and business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or B2B/B2C sales (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Knowledge of digital sales tools and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
