Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth & GTM Engineer — a smart individual who can independently set up, connect, and automate every layer of our go-to-market stack. From CRM workflows and outreach sequences to SEO automation and analytics dashboards, this role blends technical know-how with marketing execution.
You’ll work closely with leadership to build a self-running growth engine powered by automation, integrations, and smart data workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM & Lead Management
- Set up and manage HubSpot / Pipedrive / Zoho / Notion CRM.
- Automate lead capture, scoring, routing, and follow-up workflows.
- Integrate inbound and outbound channels (forms, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
2. Outreach & Campaign Automation
- Build cold email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach systems using tools like Instantly.ai, Lemlist, Apollo, Clay, and Zapier.
- Personalize and schedule bulk outreach campaigns with dynamic variables (company, domain, role, etc.).
- Create sequences for warm follow-ups and demo scheduling (Calendly / HubSpot Meetings).
3. SEO & Growth Automation
- Set up keyword research, on-page SEO audits, and content automation (SurferSEO / Clearscope / ChatGPT APIs).
- Automate blog generation, indexing, and backlink tracking.
- Monitor performance via Google Search Console, GA4, and automated reporting.
4. Integrations & Data Sync
- Connect all GTM tools (CRM ↔ Email ↔ Analytics ↔ Sheets ↔ Slack).
- Use Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom Python/Node scripts for syncing and enrichment.
- Implement contact enrichment using Clay, Clearbit, or Apollo APIs.
5. Analytics & Dashboards
- Build real-time dashboards for leads, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, Pixel, and UTM parameters.
Ideal Candidate
- Smart, curious, and resourceful — someone who can Google → implement → optimize fast.
- Strong hands-on experience with Clay, Zapier, Notion, HubSpot, Instantly.ai, and LinkedIn automation tools.
- Knows enough tech to write API connections (basic Python/JS skills).
- Understands marketing metrics (CTR, conversion rate, CAC, LTV).
- Loves automation, experimentation, and dashboards.
- Open to work in US shift

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
