Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all civil finishing activities at the project site.
Ensure quality execution of finishing works such as tiling, flooring, painting, plastering, waterproofing, and false ceiling work.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for timely completion of work.
Monitor daily site progress and maintain work schedules.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Identify and resolve site-related issues during the finishing stage.
Conduct inspections and prepare progress reports.
Manage manpower deployment and material utilization effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant experience in civil finishing projects.
Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects preferred.
Good knowledge of finishing materials, construction techniques, and quality standards.
Ability to handle contractors and site workforce efficiently.
Basic reporting and coordination skills.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil finishing works.
