Roles and Responsibilities
· Design and Development: Develop innovative and efficient designs for various static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and columns.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes, standards, and regulations while performing design calculations and creating engineering drawings.
· Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to cross functional teams, including production, procurement, and quality assurance, during the fabrication and assembly process of static equipment.
· Design Documentation: Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including technical specifications, calculations, and drawings, adhering to internal and external requirements.
· Pre-Bid Activities: Technical support for Tender, BOM Extraction, understand the project requirement and provide the data for Cost Estimation, preparation of technical offer as per the requirement.
Work Profile
· Candidate should be well conversant with international pressure vessel codes and standards like ASME, EN, ISO, API, etc.
· Design exposure with cryogenic / LNG / pressure vessels / heat exchangers/ vaporizers
· Fully conversant with materials used for pressure vessels, heat exchangers and storage tanks
· Thorough knowledge in preparing design calculation through manual / Compress / PV-elite software
· Should be able to generate P&ID, apt in selection of valves and pumps
· Conceptual knowledge in 2D AutoCAD and 3D model.
