Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with prospective customers through outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Explain products/services and generate interest
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented approach
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
