Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Insurance Telecaller to handle customer calls, insurance renewals and generate insurance business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to existing and potential customers for insurance renewals.
- Follow up with customers and generate insurance leads.
- Explain insurance plans, coverage and renewal details.
- Achieve monthly insurance sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with the sales/service team for insurance-related requirements.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Telecalling and customer-handling experience.
- Good follow-up and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Automobile/insurance industry experience preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
