Dream Computers Design Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative, passionate, and skilled 2D Animator to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. If you have a strong command over visual storytelling, character movement, and are highly proficient in industry-standard animation software, we would love to meet you.
In this role, you will bring characters and concepts to life, working on a variety of digital media, commercial, or educational animation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute high-quality 2D animations, character movements, and background elements.
- Develop assets and execute production workflows using Adobe Animate and Toon Boom Harmony.
- Handle character rigging, frame-by-frame animation, and digital puppetry.
- Collaborate with scriptwriters, illustrators, and directors to understand storyboards and project requirements.
- Deliver final polished animation files within established project timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a 2D Animator.
- Strong mastery of Adobe Animate and Toon Boom (both are mandatory requirements).
- A solid understanding of the 12 principles of animation, including timing, staging, squash, and stretch.
- Excellent portfolio or showreel showcasing your 2D animation capabilities (Please include a link in your resume).
- Ability to work well under deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
