JOB SUMMARY
The Sales MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing sales-related data and reports. The role supports the Sales and Management teams by providing accurate MIS reports, sales analysis, customer data management, and performance tracking to enable informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Maintain and update sales databases, customer records, and product-wise sales data.
- Analyze sales performance by region, customer, product, and sales executive.
- Generate reports for management review and business planning.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and Production departments for data collection and reconciliation.
- Track sales targets and achievements of the sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts, dashboards, and trend analysis.
- Maintain price lists, sales schemes, and customer master data.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
- Assist in preparing presentations and management reports.
- Support the sales team with quotations, order status, and customer-related information.
- Maintain confidentiality of sales and customer information.
- Perform other MIS and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Computer Applications (BCA), or any graduate.
- MBA (Marketing/Finance) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales MIS, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
- Freshers with excellent MS Excel skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Data Validation, Basic Formulas).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Zoho will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
