We are hiring an Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations at LV Consultancy and logistics Private Limited in Chennai.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple office tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle SEZ-related documentation and filing
- Maintain records for SEZ compliance and audits
- Coordinate with internal teams and SEZ authorities
- Manage office administration and data entry
- Handle emails, reports, and official correspondence
- Support basic accounts and billing tasks
- Assist in import and export documentation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
- 0–2 years of experience in an administrative role
