> Skills & Knowledge: (a) Construction methods (b) Materials (c) Procurement strategies (d) Interpret drawings & specifications (e) Local construrtion regulations
> Documentation: (a) Bills of Quantities (b) Cost estimates & cost plans (c) Interim payment certificates (d) Cost reports & cash flow forecasts (e) Project close-out reports
> Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering / Graduation in Civil Engineering
> Work Experience: Min: 4 years -- Max: 10 years
