We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Support Administrator to join our GMDIT team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Salesforce Platform (SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, etc.), as well as for partnering with Salesforce developers, business analysts, product owners/managers, and other functional stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce meets the business needs. Additionally, this role will actively participate in resolving user requests (via ServiceNow tickets) often collaboration/working with other Salesforce Support Administrators throughout the world.
