Job Title: Site Engineer – Interiors
Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Site Engineer to oversee the daily execution of our interior projects. You will bridge the gap between design and physical construction, ensuring that all site work is completed to the highest quality, on schedule, and exactly to specification.
Key Responsibilities Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day site operations, monitor labor workflow, and maintain strict quality control across all stages of the project. Drawing Implementation: Accurately interpret and execute AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, and technical elevations on-site. Production & Materials: Cross-check site measurements, coordinate raw material procurement, and oversee the execution of technical cutting sheets for custom woodwork and modular installations. Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, carpenters, and material vendors to prevent delays and keep the project on track. Quality Assurance: Inspect all finishing works—including carpentry, flooring, and painting—to resolve technical discrepancies immediately and uphold design integrity.
Qualifications Proven hands-on experience in site execution for residential or commercial interior fit-outs. Strong ability to read and translate technical AutoCAD designs and cutting sheets into physical builds. Solid understanding of interior materials, hardware, and modular furniture construction methods. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple on-site teams efficiently.
