Position Overview
The Senior Executive – Corporate Relations will play a key role in supporting the organization's corporate outreach, lead generation, donor engagement, and business development efforts. The position combines research, pre-sales, relationship management, and communication responsibilities.
The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and profiling prospective corporate partners, CSR decision-makers, foundations, and philanthropic organizations, generating qualified leads, conducting outreach through calls and digital channels, and supporting the conversion of opportunities into long-term partnerships. The role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and business development orientation.
Key Responsibilities
A. Corporate Research & Intelligence
- Conduct detailed research on corporates, foundations, PSUs, industry associations, and philanthropic institutions.
- Develop profiles of organizations and key decision-makers to support partnership and fundraising efforts.
- Track CSR priorities, sustainability initiatives, compliance requirements, annual reports, and funding trends.
- Monitor CSR mandates, corporate announcements, grant opportunities, and sector developments.
- Analyze market intelligence and provide actionable insights to support outreach and engagement strategies.
- Maintain and regularly update prospect databases, donor pipelines, and organizational intelligence repositories.
B. Lead Generation & Pre-Sales Support
- Identify and qualify prospective corporate partners aligned with the organization's focus areas.
- Build and manage a pipeline of corporate leads and partnership opportunities.
- Conduct prospect mapping and stakeholder identification using secondary research and professional networking platforms.
- Support the development of outreach strategies and engagement plans for prospective partners.
- Prepare donor profiles, briefing notes, meeting documents, and opportunity assessments.
C. Outreach, Communication & Sales Support
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and follow-up communication with prospective partners.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and introductory discussions with corporate stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Support relationship-building efforts to nurture prospects and convert them into active opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to corporate inquiries and requirements.
D. Proposal & Partnership Development
- Support the preparation of concept notes, proposals, presentations, capability statements, and pitch decks.
- Assist in developing customized partnership solutions aligned with corporate priorities and CSR objectives.
- Coordinate inputs from internal teams for proposal development and submission.
- Support negotiations and documentation processes related to partnerships and grants.
E. Reporting & Process Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, meetings, and partnership status.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline health, outreach performance, lead conversion, and partnership opportunities.
- Ensure timely updating of CRM systems, MIS reports, and internal databases.
- Contribute to improving corporate relations processes, templates, and knowledge management systems.
Qualification & Experience
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, Fundraising, Sales Support, or Stakeholder Engagement.
- Experience working with corporates, CSR initiatives, consulting firms, social impact organizations, or fundraising teams will be preferred.
- Prior exposure to lead generation, prospect research, stakeholder mapping, and outreach activities is desirable.

- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, AI tools and CRM platforms is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of CSR, sustainability, philanthropy, and social impact ecosystem is preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
