Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update job descriptions.
- Source and engage candidates via online platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.
- Advertise openings on job portals and social media.
- Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Assist in admin related tasks like payroll processing, attendance monitoring, Payroll software management, PF/ESI and invoice processing and billing
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS-Excel and Google Sheets
Qualification :
Recent graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply . A specialization in HR is an advantage
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
