Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process
Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad (candidates within 30 km radius preferred)
Experience: Minimum 6 months in a similar role (freshers with excellent communication may also be considered if specified)
Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (based on experience & interview performance)
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs
Shift: Rotational/Night shifts (International process)

Job Description:
We are hiring for an International Voice Process – Customer Support role. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle queries over calls/chat for international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Maintain quality and productivity standards
Document interactions accurately in the system
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in BPO/customer support (voice process)
Any Graduate/Undergraduate
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week offs
Good communication skills in English
