Position: NPD Pastry Chef
Experience: 2–5 years
Industry: Bakery / Frozen Desserts
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and innovate new bakery & frozen dessert products
- Conduct trials, standardize recipes, and optimize formulations
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and cost efficiency
- Stay updated with market trends and consumer preferences
Key Requirements:
✔ 2–5 years of hands-on experience in bakery & frozen dessert development
✔ Strong knowledge of ingredients, formulations, and processes
✔ Experience in commercial production and scaling up recipes
✔ Creative mindset with attention to detail
Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
- Specialization in Bakery & Pastry
