Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily hospital operations across OPD, IPD, Emergency, ICU/NICU/PICU, and diagnostic services to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage patient flow from admission to discharge while monitoring occupancy, turnaround time, and service efficiency.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, and departments to ensure seamless clinical operations and communication.
- Ensure compliance with NABH/JCI standards, patient safety protocols, and hospital policies.
- Monitor patient experience, reduce waiting time, and support service excellence initiatives.
- Supervise operational staff, manpower planning, and team performance management.
- Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and analyze performance for continuous improvement.
- Support new service launches and coordinate with HR, Biomedical, Finance, and Marketing teams for strategic initiatives.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
