Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Airline Customer Service Executives. The role involves assisting passengers throughout their airport journey, ensuring a smooth travel experience, and delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to airline and airport procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage services.
- Verify travel documents and issue boarding passes.
- Guide passengers regarding flight schedules, gate information, and airport procedures.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and special assistance requests professionally.
- Coordinate with airline and airport teams to ensure timely flight operations.
- Assist passengers during flight delays, cancellations, or disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with airline safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.
Preferred Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, aviation, travel, or retail is an added advantage.
