Role Summary
The Senior Sales Executive will own end-to-end business development for high-value accounts: generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn outreach, Facebook Ads Library research, and Google Maps prospecting; close high-ticket deals; and maintain accountability for P&L and target achievement.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation & outreach
- Execute multi-channel lead-generation campaigns using LinkedIn outreach, Facebook Ads Library research, and Google Maps prospecting.
- Source and qualify prospects via inbound and outbound channels.
- Relationship building & sales process
- Conduct discovery calls, prepare tailored proposals, and lead negotiations to close high-value contracts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing and handover to delivery teams.
- Healthcare focus (preferred)
- Understand healthcare customers’ regulatory and marketing nuances; tailor pitches for clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and health-tech firms.
- Commercial ownership & targets
- Own monthly/quarterly revenue targets and consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs.
- Maintain a strong focus on profitability—price deals to meet margin targets and monitor P&L impact.
- Collaboration & reporting
- Work closely with account managers, performance teams, and creatives to develop commercially viable proposals.
- Produce regular sales performance reports for leadership.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 2–4 years experience in business development or sales at a digital marketing agency (must).
- Hands-on experience in lead generation using LinkedIn outreach, Google Maps prospecting, and Facebook Ads Library research.
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals (B2B digital services, retainer-based contracts).
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, margins, and basic P&L responsibility.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred
- Prior experience selling to the healthcare segment (clinics, hospitals, health-tech) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with paid advertising fundamentals and campaign KPIs.

- Competitive base salary + 10% incentive on achievement of target (uncapped).
