About the Role
At Endorphins Entertainment, we believe social media is more than just posting content, it's about building brands, creating conversations, and driving business results.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about content, understands social media deeply, enjoys researching brands and consumer behaviour, and can turn insights into compelling campaigns. If you're someone who notices trends before everyone else, loves writing, and thinks creatively without relying on AI for every piece of content, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly content calendars across multiple brands.
- Research brands, audiences, competitors, and industry trends before planning content.
- Recommend content pillars and campaign ideas aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to social media strategies for client pitches and new business presentations.
Copywriting
- Write engaging and original copy for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Write creative captions, campaign messaging, reel hooks, carousel copy, and storytelling content.
- Write high-converting copy for Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, and lead generation campaigns.
- Adapt writing style according to each brand's tone of voice.
Trend Research & Brand Integration
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, platform updates, and emerging content styles.
- Identify relevant trends and recommend how brands can participate authentically.
- Research competitors and suggest opportunities to differentiate the brand.
Campaign Execution
- Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to bring content ideas to life.
- Prepare clear creative briefs for the design team.
- Ensure all content aligns with the approved strategy and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with the performance marketing team to develop ad creatives focused on lead generation and campaign performance.
Brand Growth
- Help build and grow Endorphins Entertainment's own social media presence.
- Suggest new content formats, campaigns, and engagement initiatives.
- Contribute fresh ideas that strengthen the agency's digital presence.
Reporting & Optimisation
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Share insights and recommendations based on engagement, reach, and campaign results.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- Excellent written English with strong grammar.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to think creatively and generate original content ideas.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
- Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads copywriting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers and performance marketers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
Bonus Skills
- Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
- Experience working in an advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency.
