Tubo Papers is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead the growth of our wholesale paper trading business. This role combines business development, customer relationship management, team coordination, and operational oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base, strengthening existing client relationships, coordinating warehouse and dispatch operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of sales activities.
This is not a routine administrative role. We are seeking someone who can think strategically, take ownership of business performance, identify new opportunities, improve processes, and contribute ideas that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making sales calls, negotiating with customers, managing teams, solving operational challenges, and working closely with management to support the company's long-term expansion.
